FEATURED PROJECT

Magnolia Bluff

ree

Our Magnolia Bluff project was quite the transformation!  The lack of function in the original layout and angled cabinetry created awkward flow between spaces. By adding a structural beam, we were able to create openness and increased flow between the kitchen and living area. A large island replaced the obstructing cabinetry, bringing both beauty and functionality to the space.  Keeping a gracious distance between the range and sink allows plenty of room for two cooks in the kitchen.  Increasing natural light from the breakfast nook into the family room is an added bonus.

The new kitchen features a 48” Thermador range with double ovens, a 30” stainless steel apron sink and a built-in automatic waste opener activated by motion at the toe kick.  Our clients chose white cabinetry that includes plenty of rollout shelving for pantry storage and space to tuck small appliance away out of sight.  Finally, the brick veneer backsplash adds texture, character and warmth to the entire space.
